LeeAndra "Eckseption" Lujan is a multidisciplinary artist from Denver, Colorado whose work blends pyrography, painting, and portraiture to explore themes shaped by her lived experience. She has taught workshops and created murals across Denver, Colorado, driven by a deep interest in art-based civic engagement and the transformative power of creative community spaces.
Eckseptionz commitment to social impact is rooted in her work within resource centers and community studios supporting individuals experiencing homelessness or instability. There, she encourages self-awareness through creative practice and helps build pathways toward stability through collaborative art programs.
As a Core Artist at RedLine Contemporary Art Center, she earned a scholarship to pursue her BFA at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. She remains an active contributor to her art community, participating in RedLine’s annual exhibitions and supporting the REACH community studios. Eckseption currently serves as Coordinator of the REACH Satellite Studio at Nest 56, in collaboration with TGTHR, where she helps provide young adults with opportunities for creative expression, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
I am a soul who engages in avid self-awareness practices and have a fascination with perceptual diversity and how that influences each individual uniquely. I have a powerful belief that self-knowledge is foundational to emotional intelligence and personal growth, which leads to my enthusiastic commitment to understanding one's own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, values, and motivations. This revelation toward self-awareness has drastically influenced my well-being, behavior, overall human experience, and most definitely my creative voice. I know that the message of my art is to encourage others to make the exception to focus on personal growth, to be empowered to take ownership of their lives and to contribute to the world in positive ways. It is my story that I share, and also the story I offer to all of us that in order to change the world, we must start with being the best versions of ourselves.

Here, you’ll find an overview of my education, exhibitions, community roles, workshops, and collaborative projects. Each line of my CV reflects a moment of growth, connection, and commitment to using art as a tool for empowerment and meaningful engagement. My work is rooted in creativity, resilience, and the belief that art can build bridges between people, experiences, and the spaces we share.
